What it is:
Tour Odéon is a luxury residential skyscraper in the Principality of Monaco. At 170 meters tall with 49 floors, it is the tallest building in Monaco and one of the tallest residential towers on the Mediterranean coast.
Location:
📍 La Rousse – Saint Roman district, 36–34 Avenue de l’Annonciade, Monaco. It’s close to the Place du Casino and other Monaco landmarks while offering quieter surroundings.
History & Development:
Construction began in 2009 and was completed in 2015–2016.
It was developed by Groupe Marzocco and built by Vinci Construction with a design by Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi.
Architecture & Design:
The building comprises two asymmetrical towers connected around a central core.
Its sleek glass and steel architecture provides panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Monaco from almost every residence.

Tour Odéon houses luxury apartments, including two sky duplexes (~1,200 m² each) and a five-story sky penthouse (~3,500 m²).
Many units have floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and high-end interiors designed by Alberto Pinto.
